If this sounds like the environment you world thrive in we have a Unit Clerk role available supporting our clinical staff with administration of the unit and supporting patient needs.

Tasks include:

· Organising Patient / family contact.

· Liaising with Pharmacy for medication requests / follow ups.

· Assist on the floor as required for medication, 1:1 and personal care.

· Booking Hospital appointments with reception ensuring correct transport for type of appointment is booked and escort will have relevant experience skills set for accompanying patient.

· Maintaining long term files for patients.

· Handling external referral requests.

· Reviewing Care Plans.

· Organising Discharge Paperwork.

You will receive a starting rate of £10.10 per hour working 8AM-4:30PM

Choice of shift pattern from:

Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm

Full induction (6 months) and personal training pathway (up to and including Apprentice Nurse Associate Programme)
