We are currently looking to recruit Personal Assistants to work closely with our patients to provide one to one support with
· Washing and Hygiene
· Assisting to push wheelchair to access other areas of the home and visits off site
· Attending activities in the home
· Attending Activities off site.
· Accessing the local community.
· Baking and assisting to feed.
· Playing games, boards games etc
· Listening to music and watching movies
· Socialisation and providing emotional support.
· Holistic therapy.
The needs of our patients change daily so we are looking for you to be outgoing, friendly and have a flexible and positive approach. You need have a resilient mind-set with the ability to help organise and motivate. You need to be pro-active and person centred to promote social engagement and interaction.
£9.90 – £11.40 per hour
Extra £1 per hour from 7pm-7am
Weekend enhancement
Overtime at double rate received after 36 hours completed.

Full induction (6 months) and personal training pathway up to and including Apprentice Nurse Associate Programme.
We will be looking to expand this out further to offer training pathways in Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language therapist over the next 18 months and into 2024.
