Our Application Process

1. Application

An application is received and review your application. Alternatively you can give us a call to find out about the roles we have available.

2. Pre-Screen

You will be called by a member of the friendly HR team here at Pathfinders-Care to run through your suitability and motivations for applying for the role.

3. Interview

Great you have passed the Pre-Screen. We now need to know a bit more about you so we know you right for the role. This will be either face-to face or via Zoom. We also offer Telephone Interviews where needed.

4. Offer and Acceptance

You have received your offer and we would love you to join us at Pathfinders-Care. Providing you accept we will arrange a date for you to come in and complete an ID check as well as arrange your start date.

5. ID Check

A member of our HR team will get you set up on our systems, request your DBS and ensure you are ready to start your own Pathfinders-Care Journey.

6. Start and Induction

Your Pathfinders-Care Journey Begins, your training is started which equips you with the skills to succeed. We look forward to seeing you thrive in your new role.
