Pathfinders-Care is a purpose-built facility in the heart of Olllerton village, over two floors we have 78 large single rooms with their own large wet rooms and are decorated and equipped to the highest standard. Seven of the room’s ae specialist bariatric rooms with double door access onto the gardens with specialist hoists and wet rooms. Throughout the home we have under floor heating which can be individually controlled. All rooms are wheelchair friendly; they are tastefully furnished and can facilitate a telephone, television and computer data point

The Hub, is situated at the centre of the home on the ground floor level, with patio doors leading onto the large gardens and lawns. This area can be used for functions, therapy work, activities, entertainment or simply sitting and relaxing, it also has a children’s play area.

We have a specialist therapy suite overseen by qualified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists offering a rehabilitation gym.

Pathfinders-Care has a large, enclosed garden providing both lawned and patio areas. The lawned areas often plays host to activities such as garden parties and dog shows, the patio area can be enjoyed by our patients and visitors to take in the air. Over the years there have been several memorial benches, trees and roses donated to us by our extended families.

Our 1.5 acre enclosed garden is very popular with service-users. It has flower and vegetable beds on different levels to enable either fully ambulant or wheelchair users to get involved in the gardening and it accommodates all our social events.
